I have to weigh 135 to run this time because its crazy wrong to carry extra weight for 26.2. So I am becoming that person who says no to many fatty foods. "I am going to eat with integrity" my new mantra.
Olivia! It was so fun reading through your blog! You are so cute! Good luck with the St.George Marathon! Maybe we will have to come down and watch you and get a little bit of a St.George fix while we are there! We miss you guys a lot!
oh- do I really want to make myself into a runner? dilemmas. I do love spinning class. Can I ride a bike instead?
